Where the emails come from
- Address, county, city or town, and legislative districts: the US Census Geocoder. No paid map service.
- Delegate and senator emails: the WV House roster and the WV Senate roster, checked October 31, 2026.
- Attorney General: constituent@wvago.gov and consumer@wvago.gov. The formal complaint inbox is not used.
- County and city emails are limited to Jefferson County, Charles Town, Ranson, Harrison County, and Clarksburg. Each address on the list links to the page it came from. Everywhere else, the page links to the Secretary of State elected-officials directory and does not guess an email.
